There is simply no need in the market to have "perpetual" style derivatives.
The CFTC would be foolish to allow such things to be created. Ask yourselves who it would benefit - because I assure you, it is not average retail investors.
Inviting more leverage into a system that is horrifically over-leveraged is inviting disaster.
I urge the CFTC to reconsider.
