I write in support of creating an election market. It would create an opportunity for people to express their thoughts through a medium that is not a poll, especially if that person was never contacted to participate in the poll, help to provide a data point for the public that may be more accurate than public polling (which only helps in increasing transparency in elections), and provide individuals to either hedge risks based on publicly available data and personal feelings they may have.
