Metals Hearing
To Whom It May Concern:
I was very concerned about some of the information presented at the precious metals hearing held on March
25
th
.
Specifically I was surprised by the report from Andrew Maguire regarding manipulation in the silver market
by JP Morgan Chase. I would hope his allegations are thoroughly investigated, and any criminal activity found is
prosecuted.
In addition, please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts. Please
restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers. Please stop the levels of concentration in
COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market.
Sincerely,
Josh Johnson
