    Dear Mr. Stawick:
    Honorable Mr. David Stanwick,
    I am writing in support of the CFTC's Proposed Federal Speculative
    Position Limits that will reestablish speculative position limits on maj or
    energy commodities.
    Here's a not-so-new idea we should also consider... Let investors and
    speculators buy and sell all the energy inventory they wish - so long as
    they take physical delivery of the product and deliver it to the new
    purchaser when sold.
