My name is Abhijit Sabharwal, and Im a trader and investor based in North Carolina. Im just a regular guy who believes in the freedom to make my own choices with my hard-earned money, including participating in legal, regulated markets. I actively trade on prediction markets like Kalshi, and Im writing to support well-regulated prediction markets in response to your Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Prediction Markets (91 FR 12516). I appreciate the chance to share my thoughts on this.
Kalshi is the best gambling platform I have ever been part of so Mr government, please don't ban it.
