    Dear Chairman and Commissioners,

My name is Peyton Brigham, and I'm a trader and investor. I've been actively trading on prediction markets like Kalshi for a while now, and I'm writing to share my support for well-regulated prediction markets in response to the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Prediction Markets (91 FR 12516). I believe these markets provide unique value to people like me, as well as to society at large, and I hope the CFTC will regulate them in a balanced way rather than imposing overly restrictive rules or bans.

That is part of the pre-written segment that was generated for me, and I have deleted the rest since youve likely seen that sort of thing ad nauseum before. Instead, I would now like to say a few words to whoever is reading this, if AI isnt aggregating it for you. In addition to sports, I used to actively trade in political mentions because I am interested in politics and consider myself informed. I have sworn off of mentions, however, because of an act of absolute highway robbery that you greedy fuckers committed against me during President Trumps State of the Union address earlier this year. I had over $200 on him saying SAVE Act during his speech, and he said SAVE *America* Act. Now, under a healthy society, this wouldve resulted in a YES result and I wouldve gotten paid, but I guess Vegas had other plans and you all got a call to disqualify my pick because he said America in between the two words, even though he said the two words that I said he would. And if youre thinking well sir, the user agreement is clear about- please kindly shove that user agreement up your hairy, hemorrhoid-ridden ass. This sort of flip-flopping and market manipulation is precisely why the general public doesnt take these apps seriously, because after all, whats the point if you cant trust the outcome unless its something you absolute thieves cant rig in your favor with your TOS. Pro tip, if you want to be seen as a legitimate trading market in a country as conservative as the USA, then you need to have a market where the outcome is trusted and fair. Being unwilling to do is only going to hurt you in the long run by losing users and causing Congress to hammer down the holy fires of regulation upon you.

Thank you for asking about my views, and you still owe me money. You know what my account is.

    Sincerely,

    Peyton Brigham
