Mick Bransfield and Pratik Chougule are respectfully submitting the attached comments in their capacities as senior leadership at the Coalition for Political Forecasting (CPF). CPF is a community of researchers, traders, and philanthropists that sees real-money prediction markets and other betting platforms as advanced forecasting tools that can help humanity navigate an uncertain future, and we write to offer concrete recommendations rooted in the historical and operational realities of this industry.
