For the reasons set forth in the attached Comments, the CFTC should reaffirm that sports-related event contracts are prohibited under the CEA and CFTC regulations, decline to undertake redundant rulemaking, and instead issue clear guidance and enforcement actions against prediction markets to ensure compliance.
