I think prediction markets are highly concerning - they are gambling, accessible to almost anyone, compulsive, and addictive. I work in addiction health and it's a shame to see legislators profit off of people not having access to resources (funds, medical services, housing services ...)
People stigmatize IV drug users, but this type of marketing is probably more addictive than the needle.
This should not be legal, promotes insider trading, and I do not endorse it.
