Prediction markets are vying for the extremely undesirable outcome of turning the entire world into a casino. These markets foster sensationalist headlines, gambling addictions, and nothing short of insider trading, among other dangerous issues. There must be stronger guidelines enforced on these markets, if not outright prohibitions.
