I do not thing predictions markets should be allowed any more than actual casinos are. They are more unregulated than any market and the hope they'll regulate themselves is pure, unadulterated naivete. You don't even need to show ID for them as is. Think of the children getting addicted and ruining their lives and those of their parents that they might steal from to participate.
