Prediction markets are gambling. Gambling while fun comes with inherit risk and drawbacks. In order to minimize harmful effects,
Odds and rules must be displayed prominently when playing a bet,
All people who place a bet must have access to the same information with stringent rules and systems in place to monitor, catch, and prosecute any and all who use non public information or act in way as to influence the outcome of a bet,
Signatures written or otherwise are an acknowledgment and agreement of an action, “the AI did it not me”, cannot be used as an excuse for abuse of gambling systems,
Gambling requires regulation.
