    Hello,

I am writing to express my support for prediction markets as someone whose primary income comes from trading on these platforms.

Prediction markets have taught me immensely about the world, and I'm a big believer in the power of markets to develop accurate forecasts on events that matter. I firmly believe that If I want to know who is winning an election or whether a government bill will pass, then there is no better place to look than prediction markets.

If regulation of prediction markets is pushed to the states, it will be the equivalent of just banning them altogether given the difficulties of operating on a state-by-state basis.

The majority of criticism raised against prediction markets is in relation to insider trading. As a daily user of these platforms, I think these fears are significantly overblown. Insider trading exists in all markets, what's important is to set clear rules and regulations that clearly bans this activity and punishes offenders.

Lastly, I would like to express my highest support for "mention markets". We are in an era where words, speeches, and statements have the power to dramatically move financial markets. There is significant financial utility in having accurate probabilities of what a political or economic figure will say in a speech.

    Thank you.
