1. This system is too easy for an individual, or even a small group to manipulate, either for their own benefit or to the detriment of other.
2. It is patently obvious this is gambling by another name.
3. The entire idea/systems should not be allowed, but since that's too much to ask it needs to be regulated like gambling.
