I would urge the commission to approach regulating prediction markets in a way that protects users from unfair practices, especially in regards to the high likelihood of insider trading within them. It is clear to me that the current, unregulated state of these markets is a huge opportunity for corruption that will continue to enrich those with the power to manipulate markets at the expense of everyone else.
