Prediction markets should be completely illegal or HEAVILY regulated at worst. They only aid the downward spiral of this country and its people and benefit no one but the ultra wealthy. Gambling hano short of risk to peoples and public health and should be discussed seriously the pros and cons and the danger of everything becoming a bet or "event contract" is so dangerous it warrants extreme caution and protection given to those who are most at risk from this type business.
