I would like to see the CFTC ban or heavily regulate prediction markets. They are incredibly easy for any person or organization with large amounts of money to influence, and due to the nature of the event contracts it is uniquely susceptible to insider trading events. In addition, adding financial incentive to negative outcomes is detrimental to the health and safety of reporters and other private individuals.
