Hello CFTC,
I see many of my students falling prey to prediction markets, gaining sometimes and mostly losing large sums of money. These markets need to be regulated to limit addiction. In addition, these apps prey off doomerism and cynicism as seen with the Youtuber Ramboh. But the real regulatory issue is insider trading on prediction markets.
