Many states put bumpers on when and where one can purchase alcohol in order to prevent issues of public intoxication, fights and the such. Until recently, we had such bumpers on gambling but those barriers have been blown to smithereens. If we are to avoid crumbling into a society hunger games’ing each other while every aspect of our bleak existences are bet on by desperate or those with the power to manipulate the outcomes.
