The current predition markets are scams. There needs to be a complete a total ban on insider trading and an ID requirment to trade.
Along these lines the deceding factor for the given "prediction" needs to be clearly stated upfront these deceding factors must be falseafiable. Meaning that a reasnable person testifying in front of a court of law should be able to determine if the prediction was True or False.
To ensure that these things are enforcable the particpants need to be given a legal means to sue these prediction markets for breaching the rules.
