Dear CTFC,
Having read through the provided information the commission is using to direct it's commenters, I feel the purpose of such is to legitimize the activity of the companies engaging in prediction markets in the minds of those reading it. I don't believe there is any lawful activity or benefit to our country and its culture that these companies are engaged in. I cannot comment on the proposed questions as they are framed as I don't believe that this activity can be regulated in a way to prevent mass fraud and theft nor can these companies act in a way that won't actively promote that fraud or theft from occurring. As opposed to trying to further legitimize what already seems an illegitimate scam, please provide proper legislation and guidance that protects our markets and money from predatory gamblers.
