Members of the CFTC: by setting standards for platforms like Kalshi, regulatory bodies and consumers that use the platform are likely to get the best of compliance, enforcement and market surveillance. Instead of not giving consumers access to Kalshi or freezing oversight, propose standards and keep updating them as new challenges arise.
